Strategy and research
We go through markets, competitors and data faster, and AI summarises interviews and tests. We draw the conclusions ourselves.
Structure
With AI tools for sitemaps and wireframes we get a first structure for the site quickly, which we then develop further.
Design
In Figma we use Figma AI to create variants, fill in content and build prototypes faster.
Content
AI helps with first drafts of copy, translations and alt texts. A person reads and rewrites all of it.
Development
AI writes the first version of routine code, tests and documentation, and our developers own the architecture. We prefer Claude Code but work with all AI tools.
Quality
AI helps us review code and catch bugs early. A senior developer always goes through the code before it ships.

AI is a tool. Responsibility for what we deliver is always ours, and there are things we never do.
We don't send personal data, passwords or trade secrets to AI services that aren't approved for it.
We don't let AI make decisions for you or your users.
We don't publish text, images or code from AI without a person reviewing it.
We don't create AI images or AI voices of real people.
We don't let any model be trained on your data unless you've said yes.
We don't hide when we've used AI. If you ask, we tell you which parts were made with AI.
